With fewer vehicles in the parks and reserves, guests enjoy more intimate encounters with animals and greater flexibility to spend time capturing the perfect photograph. The softer light, dramatic skies, and vibrant scenery create stunning photographic opportunities, while the quieter atmosphere allows for a more authentic and immersive safari experience. For travelers seeking exceptional wildlife encounters and world-class photography in a relaxed setting, Kenya in the spring is one of Africa’s best-kept secrets.

• Travel / medical / cancellation insurance

• Tips & gratuities for driver, guide, and hotel staff

• Extra cost incurred if change in itinerary / flights etc.

• Entrance charges & any arrangement to any excursions in Nairobi

• Any extras not mentioned above i.e. meals, activities etc.

PAYMENTS:  We accept checks, Zelle & Credit Cards.  Note: Credit Cards are subject to a surcharge.

The group size is limited to 9 to 12 participants to ensure a high level of personal interaction, planning, and guidance with your photographic leaders.

• Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your space in the tour is not confirmed until your $1,000.00 deposit has been received.

• Half of the remaining balance is due 180 days before the start of your tour.

• The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the tour. Need special payment arrangements? No problem, contact us.

• These payments for this tour are non-refundable under any circumstances, as noted in our Payment Terms for International Photography Tours and our other standard Terms and Conditions, which is why we recommend that you get trip cancellation insurance. Our tours occur in international locations that require international travel and lodging arrangements, substantial planning, insurance, deposits, and permits. If you wish to protect your investment in the tour and travel costs, you may want to investigate travel insurance with a carrier such as Travelex, American Express Travel, Allianz.

• Registrations made within the 180-day and 90-day milestones or less are subject to the payment and cancellation policies stated herein.

• Please do not make air travel arrangements for a tour until checking with us first.

• If we need to cancel a tour for some reason, you will be given a 60-day notice and receive a full refund of all payments.

• If you are on a waiting list, you will not be charged a deposit fee until space becomes available for you and you confirm your desire to register.
